You don’t need shamrocks or lucky charms for luck—just a shift in mindset and motivation!  The old saying, “Where your focus goes, energy flows,” is accurate. When we stop looking for luck, waiting for Friday, our ships to come in, or a rainy day, and focus on bringing the things we want most into our lives. Two ways to begin feeling luckier? First, look for 3–5 blessings you can count daily and keep them in a journal. (This is also a great activity to curb entitlement in kids.) We can choose to see what goes right or wrong. When you are actively looking for things you can write down each day, it changes how you look at life. Next, help others as often as possible. It’s the kind of thing that lifts both their spirits and yours. Wishing you a week filled with joy and laughter—and a little luck of the Irish thrown in for good measure! Make it an amazing day.

DIY Tip for the Week
Replacing cabinet hardware is an inexpensive and easy update. Find knobs and pulls the same size as the existing ones, so you don’t have to re-drill the cabinets.

**Agent Action Plan**
There’s nothing super lucky about top producers. They CREATE their luck.  How?  By following up.  By creating systems (and using them).  By staying consistent and top of mind. Challenge yourself to call at least ten people in your sphere per business day for the next week and see what results you get. Don’t worry so much about results; your job is to just make the connection. Ask if there’s anything you can do to help them or if they have any real estate questions, as so many do in this market. Remember, one in every twelve people in your sphere will result in a deal or referral if you stay in touch month after month.
