Reminder! Your monthly homeowner checklist

January is a time for new beginnings — and your home wants a fresh start as much as you do! In order to prepare your home for a successful year, I’ve put together some home maintenance tasks for you to tackle this month. ✓Change refrigerator water filter

✓Store holiday decor in labeled bins

✓Clean bathroom tub and sink drains (Pour baking soda & vinegar)

✓Replace HVAC Filter (Yes, again!)

✓Clean out kitchen cabinets

✓Flip mattress over
