  1. Spotlight your value proposition!  Make a list of at least 30 unique and special things about you, your company, and your team that differentiates you from the competition. Share at least one of these per week.
  2. Create photo-ops! Take pictures at the office weekly of events, training, agents in the office, new clients, or even friends who stop by and post to your social media platforms.  Be sure to tag whoever is in the picture and let everyone know what an interactive, lively, and fun group you are.
  3. Give inspiration. Post a weekly inspirational piece. Do this the same day every week. We do them on Monday so you can always use ours. They are free
  4. Share success!  Give kudos to your clients  stories each week.  Share what sold, listed, went pending etc.
  5. Be quotable!  Find great quotes from the top best selling books. Share them along with the source and book info.
  6. Spotlight local businesses.  If you have some great local businesses around your office, such as an amazing restaurant, trusted doctors, terrific spa, or wonderful store–don’t be shy about sharing some details!  You’ll be surprised how many will return the favor!  Snap some pics while you’re there and really get noticed!  Ask the owner to ‘like’ your page and do the same for their establishment!
  7. Create and educational post The how to’s or do it yourself type of post. Things like home maintenance tips, how interest rates effect buying power, what inspectors look for. We do this each week and offer a wealth of various ones you can copy and use for free. get them Here
  8. Give thanks! It’s always a great idea to share your thankfulness . What makes you happy, excited, good vibes and good self-esteem attract people.
  9. Recognize the day.  There is nearly a special day every day. you the the type I am speaking of . Aside from Holidays there are all kinds of ways to celebrate nerd day, trivia day, pie day, parent’s day etc. Download this free national day calendar and use it for great ideas. 
  10. Share a market housing update Use Canva to create a quick snapshot of your market. Just pull some simple numbers like days on market, median price, how many new listings and how many sold. Perhaps share the difference from month to month or even week to week.

However, we will ask for your first month in advance. You will then be charged at the end of each month in advance of the following month.
